California LULAC State Director

Jacob Sandoval is the California State Director for the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) and a dedicated advocate for educational equity, civic engagement, and economic opportunity across the state. In his role, he supports LULAC councils across California, strengthening local leadership, expanding community impact, and advancing statewide priorities. He also serves on the Board of the California LULAC Foundation, helping lead initiatives that expand access to leadership development and building pathways for the next generation of leaders. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chicano/a Studies, grounding his work in a deep understanding of culture, identity, and social justice. Professionally, Jacob is the owner of Capitol Mortgage, bringing nearly 15 years of experience helping families achieve homeownership and build generational wealth. He also serves as Board President of the Santa Rita Union School District, focusing on improving student outcomes and strengthening community partnerships.
