Michelle Benitez is an Emmy Award–winning journalist and evening news anchor, currently serving as editorial lead at N+ Univision in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Before joining the Bay Area newsroom, she was a lead anchor and producer at Univision 34 Atlanta and Telemundo Utah. Throughout her career, she has interviewed high-ranking officials from the White House and key local agencies. Michelle began her career in Fort Myers, Florida, anchoring for Noticias WINK and Univision WSFL. Originally from Ecuador, she moved to the United States in 2010 and earned her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and Media Studies from the University of South Florida.
