Grita Canta Vota explores how music, art, and cultural identity can serve as powerful tools for civic engagement and community organizing. This interactive session will share realworld case studies from work in Tulare, Phoenix, and North Las Vegas, demonstrating how cultural strategy can build trust and activate Latino voters. Participants will learn practical approaches to move beyond shortterm voter outreach and instead foster lasting civic participation within their communities. The session highlights how youth and young adults can harness creative expression to lead advocacy efforts and strengthen civic life. Attendees will leave with a framework for designing culturally grounded strategies that empower communities and inspire the next generation of civic leaders.

Bacilia Angel
Bacilia Angel is a systems builder, author, and nationally recognized leader advancing equity through communitycentered innovation. She is the Founder and President of IncludUs Fund and the architect of Community Engineering—a model for building scalable, communityled solutions that shift systems and power. A first-generation Latina and engineer, Bacilia is the author of The 14 Principles, a framework guiding values-driven leadership and organizational transformation. She has launched national initiatives including Grita Canta Vota, Pertenecemos, and Susie’s House of Healing, reaching and mobilizing communities across the country.

Euler Torres
Euler Torres is a cultural strategist and co-founder of Grita Canta Vota, a national movement leveraging music and live events to mobilize Latino civic participation. With a background in the Latin music industry, Euler brings a unique approach to engagement— meeting communities where culture lives. His work bridges entertainment and impact, using storytelling, concerts, and partnerships to reach and activate millions of Latino voters nationwide.
