Advancing Student Success: Transfer, Completion, & Career Pathway (Presented in Partnership with California State University)
High Education Access, Innovation & Student Success
In this dynamic conversation, students take the lead as interviewers, engaging leaders from community colleges, the California State University system, and regional school districts in a candid discussion about advancing student success. Through student-driven questions, panelists will explore how institutions are strengthening transfer pathways, improving degree completion, and connecting students to meaningful career opportunities. The dialogue will highlight collaborative strategies such as dual enrollment, guided pathways, workforce-aligned programs, and cross-sector partnerships that help students navigate the transition from high school to college and beyond. By placing students at the center of the conversation, the session offers a unique opportunity for education leaders to hear directly from the communities they serve while identifying practical ways to expand access, support first-generation and Latino students, and ensure more learners successfully move from education to career.
