She Should Run
The Latina Leadership Initiative, in partnership with She Should Run, empowers California’s Latinas with the skills, confidence, and strategies to pursue leadership and civic engagement roles. The program features research-backed workshops focused on overcoming barriers, identifying personal strengths, and creating actionable community impact plans.
