Strengthening the leadership pipeline by providing essential training, resources, and opportunities for advocacy, empowering individuals to drive change and address key issues within the Latina/o community.

Annual Convention

Supporting the California LULAC Annual Convention, is supporting the creation of leadership pathways, amplifying Latina/o voices in policymaking, and addressing pressing issues like economic inequality, education, and social justice.

Youth and Young Adults

The CLF Leadership Program for Youth and Young Adults is designed to empower the next generation of leaders by providing youth and young adults with the skills, knowledge, and resources to become effective advocates and leaders in their communities.

State Councils

CLF supports leadership programs for councils across many counties in California.
